Japanese Cultural Day
The school has had a Taiko workshop for over a year and therefore the interest in all things Japanese had been raised.
The children learnt simple Japanese phrases, prepared and tried Japanese food and took part in other Japan related activities including karate, calligraphy and wearing a kimono. They also had the opportunity to do taiko drumming and a concert was held at the end of the day.
