Nebuta Float Project
Sand Palace Arts
A series of community workshops were advertised and took place at an arts centre building in Narberth. A nebuta-style illuminated float was
created based on a koi carp Japanese windsock design. This was a focus for a procession around the town with musicians, stilt walkers, a fire
juggling display and a grand finale of fireworks.
