	I would like to collect the resources from and return them to The Japan Society, Swire House, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ on (give preferred date). We will contact you to confirm whether it is possible for you to collect the resources on this date. There will be no charge for loan. You will need to bring authorisation on school letterheaded paper when you come to collect the resources.
	I would like The Japan Society to send the resources to me at school and to arrange collection from school at the end of the loan period. I understand I will be invoced for the return postage costs.

Loan is made on the understanding that borrowers will take all reasonable care in using the resources and that they will be invoiced for any items found missing or damaged on return (with the exception of consumables such as paper/ink etc). The borrower should check the resources against the itemised list supplied with it immediately upon receipt.
